A lifelong resident of Otter Tail County, Milt graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Agricultural Economics and worked for the Farm Credit System before entering the real estate business. Licensed in 1971, Milt worked for a Fergus Falls real estate firm before opening the Battle lake office of Paulson Land Co. in 1982. Milt also holds the certified general appraisal license in the state of Minnesota and a North Dakota Brokers License.

Laurie began her real estate career with Paulson Land Co. in 2003 as the receptionist and has expanded those duties to include office manager, real estate sales, appraisal and technical support. Laurie’s educational background includes two AA degrees from M|State in Fergus Falls and Alexandria.

Steve grew up in Morris, Minnesota and graduated from the U of M Morris with a degree in business and economics. He brings 16 years of business experience in the Battle Lake area to his position as a real estate sales agent and appraiser with Paulson Land Co. Steve is also a certified assessor and resides on Otter Tail Lake.

Jay attended St. Cloud State and St. Thomas University and holds a real estate sales license with Paulson Land Co.
